If this has answered your question to your satisfaction, please click the "Accept as Solution" button below but if not please reply and we can continue the discussion. This support article talks about where to enable registration for an event, just scroll down to the "Tickets Tab" section Perhaps your custom question is something along the lines of how certain they are that they will attend.Īfter the event you will have reports of the registrations but also of who attended so you can go back and see who made it, or who did not Besides the ones already built, you can create custom questions and even make those required to fill out. There are several fields you can request that people fill out and you can even check the boxes for required fields. You could use the registration list by itself to capture names, emails, etc. The user may need to enable pop-ups to be redirected to the Zoom app from iMIS.Thanks for the additional detail! I believe what you would want to do is require registration for your event which will allow you to ask people whether they plan on attending or not.

When the event registrant clicks Join Meeting Now, they are taken to the meeting URL in the Zoom app. If there is a meeting ID and/or password, that information displays below the Join Meeting Now button. Only those who are registered will have access to the button. The Join Meeting Now button will display to all event registrants 30-minutes prior to the event start time. Next, create the event in iMIS, adding the Zoom meeting URL to the Virtual meeting URL field.

Important! Although the Zoom meeting link displays in iMIS, the integration does not sync users between iMIS and Zoom. The iMIS and Zoom integration allows event creators to display a Zoom meeting link in a user-friendly way.
